We understand that occasionally events may occur that prevent you from attending. If you find yourself unable to attend International Congress 2018, you may:
· Send a Substitute
Know someone else who is interested in attending? Payment of a $50 administrative fee enables you to transfer your registration to another person, simply by emailing Congress@imconsortium.org. Substitutions will be transferred at the same rate as the original registration. Substitutions can be made up until the pre-registration deadline, or at the onsite Registration Desk.
· Request a Refund
We are happy to accommodate a refund for your purchase if you are unable to find a substitute prior to the deadline. Cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing Congress@imconsortium.org. Cancellations received by April 13, 2018 will be refunded, less $175 administrative fee for full congress registrations and less a 25% administrative fee for one day or student registrations. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for cancellations received after April 13, 2018
If for any reason the Congress should be cancelled, ICIMH 2018 will refund the registration fee. The Congress is not responsible for the refund of airfare, hotel, or other costs. Refunds of credit card payments will be made to the same account used for the payment. Cancellation fees will be invoiced on outstanding accounts.
Congress Item Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of individual Congress items, such as guest tickets, etc. will be fully refunded if received by April 13, 2018. We are unable to offer a refund after April 13, 2018. Substitutions can be made to individual items without a charge.
